When you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and the state where you are looking to buy property. Nothing else.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Send you a confirmation that you're on the list
• Notify you when early access opens
• Send occasional product updates about Havenli

We do not use your information for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties — including real estate agents, listing portals, or advertisers. Ever.

We use trusted third-party services to send emails and store data securely. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than operating our service.

Our signup form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How to unsubscribe or request deletion

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at [email protected] to unsubscribe or request that we delete your information. We will action your request within 7 days.

Security

Your data is stored securely on Australian-based servers. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls.
